Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using M-Codex, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services

M-Codex is a CRM platform for real estate professionals providing lead management, deal tracking, property listings, document management with Google Drive integration, and team collaboration.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service feature at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must:

Be legally capable of entering binding agreements
Be at least 13 years of age
Use M-Codex only for lawful purposes
Provide accurate information

3. Acceptable Use

You may NOT:

Use M-Codex for unlawful or harmful activities
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Introduce malware or malicious code
Reverse engineer or misuse our systems
Violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights

Violations may result in account termination.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of data you upload. By using M-Codex, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide our services.

5. Our Rights

M-Codex content (software, logos, designs) is owned by Modi Properties Pvt. Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reproduce our content without permission.

6. Google Drive Integration

M-Codex integrates with Google Drive. Your use of Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Google's services.

7. Disclaimer

M-Codex is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, or that the service will meet your requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modi Properties Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you.

9. Privacy

Your use of M-Codex is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data and information from Google APIs.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for security reasons. You may terminate by deleting your account and revoking Google Drive access.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to courts in Secunderabad, Telangana, India.
